My name is Ashley Jo, founder of Abundantly U and your Energetics Guide. Ashley is my given name, and Jo is short for Joanne—my middle name, shared by both of my grandmothers. I carry their names as a reminder of the wisdom passed through generations, and I show up here as Ashley Jo to share not only my own insights, but the kind of knowing I imagine they would offer over a cozy cup of tea.
Abundantly U was birthed from an open heart and a lived experience. Through my own spiritual awakenings, I found myself deeply supported by the life-changing energetics of Feng Shui and Human Design. I came to understand that our souls chose this lifetime intentionally—and that when we truly know ourselves and align our energy, life begins to meet us with more ease, clarity, and abundance.
My path toward creating Abundantly U began after the birth of my first child. Motherhood became my greatest initiation. I knew, without question, that it was where I wanted to show up first. At the same time, it awakened a deeper knowing that my energy was not meant for the rigidity of a corporate 9–5 life. I wanted to model courage, authenticity, and devotion to passion for my children—and I knew my nervous system and soul required a different rhythm.
So I listened.
In 2024—the year of abundance—I embarked on my own journey of self-discovery and began formal training in Human Design and Feng Shui. These studies didn’t introduce something foreign to me; they gave language and validation to what I had always felt in my mind, body, spirit, and space.
Through Human Design, I reconnected with my energetic truth and received deep confirmation that honoring motherhood first and leading from embodiment was not a weakness—but a strength. Through Feng Shui, I learned how profoundly our environments hold and shape us, often before we’re even aware.
Energetically, I am a Manifestor with an Emotional authority, 4/6 profile and my Design Sense is Feeling. Astrologically, I am a Leo Sun & Rising with a Capricorn Moon. Looking at the Chinese Zodiac, I am an Earth Dragon. I love to express myself through style, movement, music, nature, and interiors—because what truly matters is not just what we see, but what we feel. That is where Abundantly U lives: in the embodiment of your true energetic layers across mind, body, spirit, and space. Alignment is not a concept here—it is a form of wellness.
